Beaver Dam Brewing Company started with a simple idea: make beer that tastes good, costs fairly, and feels like coming home. We opened our doors in Islip with a 10-barrel system, a handful of regulars, and a lot of hope.
Today we're still brewing in the same building on Beaverdam Road. Our recipes have grown, but our approach hasn't — we treat every batch like it's for our neighbors. That means no shortcuts, no trendy names without substance, and always a seat at the bar for someone new.
